Current Openings:

Production Technician – Bellevue, WA

Colby Instruments is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and meticulous Production Technician to join our small engineering and manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on, full-time role ( 40 hours per week) involving precision mechanical and electronic assembly, testing, servicing and repair of our programmable delay line instruments.

You’ll work across the full production cycle, including:

• Precision mechanical and electronic assembly
• Soldering, wiring and semi-rigid coaxial cable work
• Use of precision hand tools and test equipment
• Quality testing, calibration and troubleshooting
• Working from engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs
• Service and repair of finished instruments
• Preparing completed products for shipment

We’re looking for someone with experience in electronics manufacturing, precision assembly, servicing or a similar technical environment. Experience with RF/microwave products is beneficial, but we’re also interested in technically capable people who are keen to learn.

The role is currently on-site in Bellevue, WA. We anticipate relocating our office to the Woodinville/Bothell area, so candidates should be comfortable with that future location.
